Permitted Uses

Contact data from Email List Database may be used for:

• B2B sales prospecting and outreach
• Business-to-business marketing campaigns
• Recruitment and professional networking outreach
• Partnership and business development initiatives
• Market research and business intelligence (internal use)
• Lead generation within your organization

Prohibited Uses

Contact data from Email List Database must NOT be used for:

• Spam campaigns or unsolicited bulk consumer messaging
• Reselling or redistributing data to third parties
• Any illegal activity or fraud
• Harassment or deceptive outreach
• Consumer marketing without appropriate consent
• Any use that violates GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or other applicable laws

Single Organization License

Data provided by Email List Database is licensed for use by the purchasing organization only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing data to outside parties is not permitted without explicit written authorization.

Opt-Out Compliance

Customers must maintain suppression lists and honor all opt-out requests. Contacts who request removal from outreach must not be contacted again. Submit opt-out requests via our Opt-Out Request page.
